Our Commitment to Sustainable Excellence for You

Our Commitment to Sustainable Excellence for You

We’re thrilled to have been awarded both a renewal of both our ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 accreditations.

Both of these milestones represent our continued commitment to excellence and sustainability in all facets of our work. ISO 9001 underscores our dedication to maintaining rigorous standards, while ISO 14001 reflects our deep-rooted commitment to environmental sustainability.

Below, we take a deeper look at what these accreditations mean for the future of our mission, the other accreditations that we’re working towards, and how they impact the services we deliver to you.

ISO 14001 and what it means for our environmental impact

ISO (International Organisation for Standardisation) certifications serve to evidence a wide range of operations across a business, ensuring that they are in line with international standardised best practices.

We’re particularly thrilled to be awarded ISO 14001. This incredible accreditation serves to validate the sustainability behind all our practices and supply chain and demonstrates our commitment to minimising our environmental impact.

But, how are these accreditations awarded?

Receiving these ISO accreditations involved several rigorous audits, both annually and triennially, to assess our continued adherence. From documenting meetings to ensuring adherence to environmental protocols, every facet of how we work at OSL was thoroughly evaluated to ensure that environmental sustainability wasn’t just something we could claim was important, but was a value that is core to our mission. As Director of Operations, Thomas Hoyle, says:

For our customers, these accreditations serve as assurances of reliability, trustworthiness, and adherence to industry best practices. It reflects our commitment to delivering high-quality solutions while continually prioritising our environmental responsibility.

ISO accreditations aren’t just badges. Some, like ISO 9001, serve as valuable prerequisites used for demonstrating due diligence when connecting with our partners. Others, like our ISO 14001 accreditation, are indicators that you are receiving environmentally-conscious delivery and solutions from your partner.

The future of our ISO accreditations

Looking to the future, we believe that achieving these ISO accreditations aren’t the endpoints, but part of an ongoing journey.

With other accreditations in the process, such as the software development–centric ISO 27001, we’re determined to continuously improve our solutions and services.

Creating safer spaces, globally

While we recognise the importance of maintaining an ISO 9001 accreditation, we’re incredibly pleased to have been awarded other accreditations in environmental sustainability.

We believe that milestones like these not only validate our commitment to industry best practices, but they also help reinforce our position as a trusted partner in the counter-drone and wider Aersopace security industry.

We look forward to sharing more information on our other prospective accreditations  as soon as possible. To read about recent investments, collaborations, new partners, visit our news section today.
