In 2025, Simon was appointed General Manager, reflecting his role in driving OSL’s strategic direction and day-to-day operations.

Experienced in technology and operations leadership roles across aviation, renewable energy, and smart cities, delivering solutions and services that improve safety, sustainability, and situational awareness for customers.

Established the company in 2010 after serving for 18 years as an officer in the British Army. Specialised in C2ISR and air defence, and recognised with an MBE.

In 2025, Mark stepped down from the role of CEO to focus on strategy and business development, continuing to shape the company’s direction and partner engagement.

Highly experienced in airspace, technology, security, and drone utilisation. Has played a pivotal role in the company’s growth, bringing a proven, operationally grounded approach to developing effective solutions for clients and partners across aviation, commercial, defence, and government sectors.

Joined OSL in August 2021, initially as CFO, before transitioning to Chief Strategy Officer in 2024. He leads OSL’s corporate strategy, partnerships, and business development, ensuring the company’s long-term growth and market positioning.

With a background in M&A banking across technology, aerospace, communications, and industrial sectors, Daniel brings extensive experience in high-growth companies, private equity, and strategic transactions.

Joined OSL in 2024 to lead the company’s financial strategy, corporate governance, and commercial operations.

With extensive experience in aerospace, technology, and high-growth businesses, he plays a key role in driving OSL’s financial planning, risk management, and international expansion.

His expertise ensures OSL remains financially agile and well-positioned to scale its cutting-edge CUAS solutions across global markets.

Joined OSL in February 2021 with responsibility for commercial, corporate development, governance, HR, and legal. 15 years’ commercial experience in aviation, transportation, and mining in the UK, Europe, and Asia Pacific.

Joined OSL in 2025 to lead the company’s business development strategy, including sales, marketing, and bid activities to deliver on ambitious growth targets.

Dominic has worked in the Aerospace and Defence sector for over 2 decades, holding senior positions with major primes including Northrop Grumman, QinetiQ and Thales. In 2018 he took the role of CEO of Aveillant, a specialist radar company based in Cambridge, UK, who developed one of the first dedicated civil counter-drone radars subsequently fielded at a number of international airports.

Dominic studied Natural Sciences at Christ's College Cambridge, holds a PhD in Electrical Engineering from University College London and an MBA from Warwick Business School.
